Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the encrypted network transmission service provided by UENX (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website and notified to you via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

UENX provides secure encrypted network transmission services designed to protect your personal data, privacy information, and corporate data during network transmission.

Our services cover multiple regions and countries worldwide. However, if the laws in your region explicitly prohibit the use of any form of proxy services, you may not use our Service. Before using the Service, please ensure that you understand and comply with local laws and regulations.

Our Service allows commercial use (B2B), but must comply with all provisions of these Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you must comply with the following provisions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it promptly.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
  • You may not share your account or subscription node information with others.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Service, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Sending spam or unauthorized bulk email
  • Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network attacks
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
  • Engaging in phishing, fraud, or other deceptive activities
  • Accessing, storing, or distributing illegal content, including child pornography
  • Abusing SMTP ports or any form of mail server abuse
  • Any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in warnings, service suspension, or account termination.

5. Fair Use Policy

Your bandwidth and traffic quota are determined by your chosen subscription plan. We allow reasonable bandwidth burst usage, but prohibit sustained excessive use.

Specifically, continuous uninterrupted high-bandwidth use exceeding 8 hours is prohibited. Such use may affect the service quality for other users and may result in service suspension or throttling.

6. Payment and Billing

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, USDT (Tether), Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

We do not provide automatic renewal services. You need to manually select to renew your plan before your subscription expires. We will notify you in advance via email when your subscription is about to expire.

All price adjustments will be announced on the website in advance and notified to existing users via email. Price adjustments will not be automatically applied to existing subscriptions, only to new subscriptions or renewals.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Traffic usage does not exceed 30% of the plan's total traffic

Please note that payment processing fees (such as credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc.) incurred during the refund will be borne by you. Refunds will be processed after deducting these fees.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

UENX strictly adheres to a no-logs policy. We do not record, store, or monitor your network activity, websites visited, downloaded content, or any other usage data.

We only retain necessary account information and login logs for a period of 30 days. You can request the deletion of your login logs, subscription logs, and other related data at any time by submitting a support ticket.

We commit not to share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except as required by law or to protect our legitimate interests. We fully comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can exercise your data rights at any time, including accessing, correcting, deleting, or exporting your personal data. Please submit relevant requests through a support ticket, and we will process them within 30 days.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We are committed to providing you with high availability services in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Specific SLA terms and uptime guarantees will be detailed in a separate SLA document.

Service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, network attacks, telecommunications failures, supplier issues, etc.) are not included in SLA calculations.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms of Service, we will take the following measures: first issue a warning, then suspend service, and finally may terminate the account.

You have the right to appeal suspension or termination decisions. Please contact us through a support ticket, explain the situation, and provide relevant evidence. We will review your appeal fairly and promptly.

If your account is terminated for violating the Terms of Service, the balance in your account will not be refunded. If your subscription expires and is not renewed, the service will be automatically suspended, and we will notify you via email.

11. Referral Program

We offer a referral reward program. When you successfully refer a new user to register and purchase services, you will receive a referral commission, defaulting to 10% of the order amount. Eligible users can apply for an increased commission rate.

Malicious order manipulation, false referrals, or any form of fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to review referral activities. Any violations will result in commission deduction and may lead to account suspension or termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

UENX will make its best efforts to ensure service availability according to the SLA. However, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure or other factors beyond our control.

In any case, our maximum compensation amount shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

13. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the UENX website, applications, client software, and all related content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code) belong to UENX. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use these materials.

14. Service Changes and Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be notified to you through website announcements and email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with German law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) for final arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Berlin, Germany, and the language of arbitration shall be English or German.
