Common error codes and solutions during usage
This document compiles common error messages you may encounter when using the service and their corresponding solutions.
Connection Errors
Connection Timeout
Unable to connect to server within specified time
Check network connection. Switch to other nodes. Confirm traffic not depleted, account not expired.
Connection Refused
Server refused connection request
Node may be temporarily unavailable, switch nodes. Check if client configuration is correct.
Network Unreachable
Cannot reach target server
Check if local network is normal. Confirm firewall not blocking client. Try switching nodes.
Authentication Errors
Authentication Failed
User credentials verification failed
Re-update subscription to get latest configuration. Check if account expired or in arrears. Confirm subscription link is correct.
User Not Found
System cannot find corresponding user information
Reget subscription link from user dashboard. Confirm using correct account subscription.
Subscription Expired
Account usage period ended
Log into user dashboard to renew or purchase new plan. Re-update subscription after renewal.
Traffic Errors
Traffic Depleted
Account available traffic is 0
Purchase traffic pack or new plan. Daily check-in for free traffic. Wait for plan reset date.
Traffic Limit Exceeded
Used traffic exceeds plan limit
Upgrade to higher traffic plan. Reduce large file downloads and HD video watching.
Node Errors
Node Offline
Selected node temporarily unavailable
Switch to other online nodes. Wait for node recovery or contact support.
Node Full
Node connection limit reached
Select other nodes. Avoid peak usage hours. Upgrade to higher tier for exclusive nodes.
Insufficient Level
Current account level cannot use this node
Select nodes suitable for your level. Upgrade account level to unlock more nodes.
Configuration Errors
Invalid Configuration
Client configuration file format error
Delete old configuration and reimport. Ensure using correct format subscription link. Update client to latest version.
Parse Failed
Cannot parse subscription configuration
Check if subscription link is complete. Confirm client supports current configuration format. Contact support to check configuration.
Other Errors
Port Occupied
Required port already used by other program
Close other proxy software. Modify client's local port. Restart computer to release port.
Insufficient Permission
Client lacks necessary system permissions
Run client as administrator. Grant necessary permissions in system settings (like network access, full disk access).
Troubleshooting Tips
